Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon are not authorised to make any changes to tickets purchased from a travel agent. All changes of these tickets must be done by the travel agent that issued the ticket. Depending on the agreement you have reached with the travel agent, they may charge you an additional service charge, which is not controlled by Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon.
All tickets purchased directly from Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon, via our websites, customer sales hotline, our offices or our Taobao flagship store and Qunar flagship store will strictly follow the table listed under Step 2.
Not applicable for those special promotional fares (No Restriction Reference in EI box), please follow Fare Rules of those promotional fares.
Look for the letter under “Class” or “CL” (as indicated by the red circle) or the 7-digit reference number under “Restrictions reference” or “Endorsement” (as indicated by the red rectangle) on your ticket.
